About Goth Mall

A fashion marketplace built for the people who already brought their own coffin to the cookout. We do markets, we do drops, we do vendors who take their craft seriously and their image even more seriously.

Three Things

What Goth Mall Actually Is

The Market

Goth Mall events are clothing-first goth bazaars. Curated apparel only: lace, leather, mourning wear, post-Victorian streetwear, alt-fashion designers showing capsule collections. Same review team as the rest of the Monster Mall family.

The Shop

The online catalog runs year-round. Limited drops from the house line, plus product shelves from every independent maker we sign. One cart, one checkout, one place that smells faintly of myrrh and damp earth.

The Atelier

Vendors aren't suppliers, they're peers. We pay direct and on schedule. We feature their faces on the site, not just their products. Approved makers get a profile page they can send to their own audience.

The Origin Story

How we got here

Goth Mall grew out of the Monster Mall family as the clothing-first lane. It started as one fashion-heavy market in a Long Beach brewery. It sold out the venue, the vendors sold out their shelves, and three different attendees got engaged on the dance floor. None of that was the plan.

The plan, in hindsight, was to make the kind of market we wanted to shop at. Goth, horror, lace, weird, but not costume-shop. The vendors had to be real. The lighting had to be a little wrong. The crowd had to feel like a atelier, not a clearance sale.

The first night was Goth Mall. The next ten years are everything that comes after.

Common Questions

Things People Ask

Is Goth Mall just a Fall season thing?
No. Fall is high season for heavy knits and layering, but Goth Mall runs year-round.
Who runs this?
Goth Mall is a Monster Mall sub-line. Both live under Alternative Industries, the event activation platform that connects planners, vendors, GMs, and venues. Same review team across the family. The platform handles the plumbing.
